Because our products are handcrafted and unique, we have a specific policy to protect your experience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we pack our items with extreme care, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of cost.

Requirement:

To process a claim, an Unboxing Video is mandatory.

The video must be uncut and show the package being opened for the first time.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of artistic and personalized products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized / Engraved products
  • Used scented candles
  • Items on clearance or sale
  • Mind-change after purchase

How to Initiate a Claim

Contact us at hello@glimglee.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video.

Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and coordinate the replacement.

Refund Settlement

If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
